Is Rick Ross a Child Molester?

For many year unconfirmed reports have surfaced that Rick Ross is involved or has been secretly and discreetly involved in paedophilia. In conversations that I have over heard and been involved in when Mr Ross' name is mentioned,  the same hushed remarks  always are forth coming; "Rick Ross, isn't he a Chester?" "Chester" = Prison rhyming slang for "Child Molester."

Allegations, assertions and claims to this day still surround the kidnapping of then 18 year old Jason Scott that Rick Ross sexually molested and abused the boy while handcuffed in a shower cubicle with duct tape across his mouth and feet heavily strapped.
