From the tender
age of six years old Rick Ross has undergone psychological
and psychiatric counseling and treatments. Some of those treatments involved prescribed
psychiatric medication. In a letter written by Mr. Ross'
childhood pediatrician (dated 1975). This letter related that at the age of ten "was exhibiting hyperactive
behavior and having difficulty concentrating and giving
attention at school..."

child". I did see some counselors for evaluation at an early age..." "I
did see two psychologists--one during 1963-64 (at age 10-11) and as a teenager in 1967 for
counseling...." "I received some medication specifically prescribed for this
problem".

- After his second arrest and prior to his imprisonment,
Mr. Ross was seen and evaluated by psychiatrist Dr. Domiciano E.
Santos of Arizona State Hospital who found Mr. Ross to be:
- Ricky has a personality disturbance which
started even as a child.... He does not seem to profit from his past experiences and
cannot realize that he has a responsibility to society to control his behavior. ... He
does not seem to identify himself with society and its laws and believes that punishments
are an injustice. ... He cannot realize that what he does is socially unacceptable and
dangerous...an arrogant, self-centered individual with some hostile tendencies
